At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Currently we are looking for our next: **Enterprise Solutions Scrum Master - SAP****Which is the main objective of this role?
**Scrum Master role is responsible for facilitating Agile way of work compliance for the LatAm ES DevSecOps agenda.
Scrum master role looks communication fostering through other initiatives, Agile tool management (Azure Dev ops), road-blocks removal and agility facilitation.
The Scrum Master is a servant leader who enables teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver via effective Lean[1]Agile practices.
The Scrum Master supports ScrumXP, Kanban, and other ways of working the team have adopted.
The Scrum Master also helps the team coordinate with other teams on the Agile DevSecOps Portfolio.
**What will you be doing?
**- Ensure Scrum framework compliance through.- Organize and Drive of Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up meeting, Sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective)- Follow up (Monitor, Facilitate, drive according to necessity)
the compliance of action plans definedfrom scrum ceremonies- Define, Implement, and follow up KPI's for all scrum teams (sprint team capacity, burndown charts, velocity, others)- Lead the stakeholder management agenda and kick off sessions for scrums and interact closely Product Owner- Interact actively and connect with IT and BU areas related to the Programs/Initiatives in progress and to be implemented
