We've recently secured new investment that will drive this dynamic growth, focusing on three main areas: team growth,
product feature development and enhancement, and targeted global expansion
We're looking for a diligent, proactive and self-motivated Customer Success Manager with **Spanish and English** to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in building relationships with our clients located in the GTM-6 timezone (or similar).
You will work closely with our Head of Customer Success Ondrej Mrstny, and other members of the customer success, partnerships and sales teams.
***We imagine you as someone who has**:
- Excellent level of **English and Spanish**
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Residence in GTM-6 or similar time zone
- 2+ years of account management experience
- B2B SaaS experience is also nice to have as well as the ability to navigate Compliance, Whistleblowing and/or HR Technology industry
**?** Your main job responsibilities will be**:
- Client Relationship and Account Management
- Onboarding of new clients, their training, engagement and activation
- Retention, renewals management and deal-making
- Identification of upsell and growth opportunities
