The Sales Analyst is responsible for provide data-driven insights for decision making, optimize sales performance, and ensure the proper functioning of NIDS.
This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to provide insights, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze sales data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to generate actionable insights and reports.
- Industry forecasting: Using statistical analysis techniques and predictive models, sales forecasts are made for both short-term and long-term periods.
These forecasts are crucial for strategic planning, inventory management, and decision-making regarding production and distribution.
- Market and competition analysis: Thorough research is conducted on the automotive market, analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
This helps identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Sales performance evaluation: Metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) are established to assess sales performance, such as market share, sales growth, among others.
This helps measure the success of implemented strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, summarizing sales analysis findings, insights, and recommendations.
Communicate complex data and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Support to our importers with our sales management system
**Education/Bachelor's degree**:
- Marketing, Business administration, Engineering, Related field
**Previous Work Experience**
- Experience in data analysis.
- +4 years of experience
**Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Language: Advanced English
- Must have:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software.
- Excellent understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Experience with data analysis tools**:Excel (Advanced)**, **Tableau (Basic)** among others.
- Effectively communicating sales analysis findings.
- Business Intelligence Tools.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in automotive industry.
- Certification in Tableau management.
- Computer Skills:
Database management, Excel and Power Point (Advanced)
