The recruited individual will provide embedded consulting services as a Physical Security Coordinator, reporting directly to the Security Manager of a Control Risks client.
Their primary responsibility will be the management and supervision of the security guard force.
Perform and report tasks assigned by the Security Manager Oversee on-site supervision of the security guard force at the facilities Report security incidents to the Security Manager Collaborate with the Security Manager to review and improve security guard procedures and protocols Supervise available security resources, such as video surveillance systems, access control,



and other physical security measures Provide training and security recommendations to the guard staff Execute other appropriate tasks as directed by the Essential Client Requirements Requirements: Experience in physical security, particularly managing security guards Experience in private sector security functions Advanced English proficiency Experience in the industrial sector Benefits Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Training & Development
