This position reports to the CEO and will drive revenue strategies across all our verticals.
You will oversee driving sales in all our stores, develop strategies to drive profit in our private and public events, design new products and services to add to our offerings, build a growth plan,
interface with our various partners to raise revenue, and manage a team to meet our ambitious sales targets.In this position you will be a decision-maker who can make a direct impact on the future of the company.Requirements
- Graduation in Marketing, Administration or related, Master degree is a plus
- 5 years of experience at least in a similar role and in both areas and in leadership positions (Sales and Commercial)
- Experience in Hospitality and/or Restaurant Industries
- Fluent Business English
- Proficient skills in the MS Office Suite
**Qualifications**
- Strong management experience with at least 5 years of directing sales teams and full responsibility for leading revenue growth in a medium or large company.
- You are not just a leader but a coach and mentor and spread the company culture within your team.
- Strong sales background including 8+ years in an account position.
You are familiar with sales pipelines, new client acquisition, and management structure to close business to meet ambitious targets.
- Strengths in relationship development/management, teaming across functions,
deal making and negotiations.
- A strong self-starter who can work independently to develop new areas with the ability to work in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- You are a great presenter.

- You deeply understand how business financials work, pore over spreadsheets, and devise strategies for sustaining profitable growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a sales team to provide world-class experiences in our venues to drive revenue and repeat visits from our loyal customers.
Implement loyalty programs and sales goals in a restaurant environment.
- Manage and a structure a sales team to build sales pipelines and seek new opportunities for our venue.
This includes catering, private corporate events, finding new talented artists to perform at our venues, and our signature events.
Create a CRM from scratch and interface with the marketing team for promotions.
- Create and develop partnerships with various 3rd party partners and corporate sponsors to grow revenue in our various verticals.
- Analyze potential business opportunities and create expansion plans to target new and existing markets with unique and different offerings.
Create and execute strategic budgets.
**Additional Information**:
- Salary: Based on experience ($110,000 to $120,000 MXN monthly) overlaw benefits and bonus.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Workplace: Polanco, Mexico City.
