**Position Overview**:- We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales/Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in one of the thriving US nearshore locations, including Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, or Peru.- In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our sales efforts, identifying potential leads, and nurturing client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting techniques to identify and generate leads.- Qualification: Assess lead viability and qualification through effective questioning and information gathering.- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their pain points and business objectives.- Collaboration:
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.
**Qualifications**:- **Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.
**- **Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.
**- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively evaluate and prioritize leads.- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
**Salary**: From $10,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)
