**Description**:

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Americas business lead for air services programs with responsibility for supporting the annual growth and achievement of annual goals assigned to this program.




- Subject matter expert and solutions design, contract negotiation, RFQs, and RFPs relating to our air programs.
- Perform account management function as the commercial lead for strategic air freight accounts, initiate own commercial activities.
- Grow and support development of master loader, air charter, and part charter programs to be positioned in the Americas market.
- Collaborate directly with Noatum Logistics Americas and global Air Freight Management to set objectives, performance standards, and priorities through and with operations and sales personnel.
- Develop, implement, and/or modify formal pricing, sales, and marketing policies and procedures to ensure that the company's air growth objectives are met, including a commitment to assist in training and developing qualified sales staff.
- Ensure that Americas and marketing professionals understand and effectively use the air pricing and selling methodologies.
Assist in conducting sales training and develop related training materials.
Mentor and coach first line sales executives,



enabling them to develop into highly productive team members selling customer direct air solutions.
- Act as the lead Americas air services liaison with our global Air Management and CCO Noatum Logistics.
- Work closely with Noatum Logistics sales, pricing, and operational teams to develop pricing strategies and sales campaigns.
- Serve as an escalation point for any client or sales team relating to air services and issues.
- Contribute to process improvements that create enhanced communication and increased productivity.
- Assist the Noatum Logistics global network to foster open communication channels among all Noatum Logistics regions and Noatum operating entities that may be involved in air services.
- Identify, analyze, and report on potential risks and/or opportunities that could affect Noatum Logistics or the supply chain industry,



especially during periods of market or regulatory change.
- Identify, develop, and implement new air programs that generate new revenue opportunities, create internal operating efficiencies, and contribute to the profitable growth of Noatum Logistics.
- Represent Noatum Logistics in meetings with air carriers, trade associations, and industry groups that create opportunities to advance Noatum Logistics' strategic operational and business development goals.
- Collaborate with and contribute to value creation teams designing international supply chain solutions.
Contribute to the development of air programs that add value to client supply chains and create opportunities for client cost savings, enhanced cash flow, and improved service levels.




- Initiate regular and timely communications regarding related to air industry/market conditions via trade alerts or other corporate communication channels.
**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in leading/managing air programs, services, gateway management, charter services, and personnel in the global market and trade lanes.
- Understanding of IATA regulations and related international treaties, laws, and practices.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, business planning, and superior client satisfaction skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective organizational and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a business environment characterized by complexity, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, change management, and presentation skills.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.




- Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer dissatisfaction, create continual process improvement, and grow business relationships.
- Proven ability to anticipate, identify, and analyze complex air service issues of concern for Noatum Logistics personnel and clients, and to develop strategies that position Noatum Logistics to take advantage of the opportunities created thereby.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in global logistics management.
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically.
- Prior international experience in various countries in the Americas/global market, with working knowledge of local and global business practices and culture.
