**Key Responsibilities**
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all operations related to freight forwarding.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, effectively communicating logistics needs and updates.
Ensure that all parties are well-informed throughout the transportation process.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during operations.
Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to address challenges efficiently.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and manage all necessary documentation related to logistics operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, customer service, and warehouse teams, to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications**
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations or related fields, preferably within the context of freight forwarding.
- Educational Background:
A degree in logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Adaptability: Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Effective communication with clients/ team and follow-up
- Assisting sales representatives with services
- Negotiation on service rates
- Supporting loads in transit
- Checking and updating the status of the loads in the system

- Mode: 100% face-to-face in Reforma
- Schedule: 8-5 M-F
- Remuneration:
Payment in dollars 1000 USD.
