This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for education and a strong background in curriculum development, content strategy, and team management.What you will doContent Production: overseeing end-to-end content creation, ensuring timely delivery of compelling text, videos, and visual materials that meet the needs of our B2B clients; Quality Assurance: implementing robust quality assessment processes to continuously elevate content standards and ensure alignment with industry best practices; Workflow Management: streamlining content and design team workflows for maximum efficiency and consistency, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope; Cross-functional Collaboration: partnering with other teams (such as marketing, sales, and product development) to innovate content strategies and determine priorities in content production; align production with company goals, leveraging feedback for continuous improvement; Market Research: staying abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to inform curriculum development and maintain TripleTen's competitive edge; Client Engagement:
collaborating with B2B clients to understand their specific educational needs and tailor content solutions that drive engagement and learning outcomes; People Management: spearheading the hiring, training, and development of top-tier content creators, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration; Leadership in Innovation: optimise content production for B2B clients in line with modern technological capabilities, defining requirements for technical innovations on the platform.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in curriculum development or educational content production,
preferably within the edtech industry.Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing large-scale projects.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.Proficiency in content management systems and digital learning platforms.Ability to analyze data and feedback to inform content strategy and improvements
