.Chief Growth Officer, LATAMRole Summary:The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for LATAM is a critical leadership role responsible for driving both organic and non-organic growth across the Latin American region.
This individual will lead and execute effective strategies to expand market share, identify and capitalize on business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue generation.
The CGO will collaborate closely with regional and global leadership to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and regional guidelines.
This role requires a deep understanding of the LATAM market, strong leadership skills,
and a proven track record of success in business development and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:Organic Growth:Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive organic growth strategies, including market penetration, product development, and service expansion, tailored to the specific needs of the LATAM market.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth within those accounts.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and unmet client needs.
Use this information to inform growth strategies and identify new market opportunities.Demand Generation: Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to generate demand and build brand awareness within the LATAM region.Networking & Market Presence: Actively participate in industry events and conferences to represent GroupM and build relationships with potential clients and partners.Lead Generation & Qualification: Develop and implement lead generation strategies,
including active prospecting and referral programs, to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.Content Marketing & Thought Leadership: Develop and curate high-quality content to position GroupM as a thought leader in the industry and attract potential clients.Non-Organic Growth:New Business Development & Pitch Management: Lead and oversee the entire new business development process, from identification and qualification of prospects to pitch development and presentation.
This includes:Prospecting & Qualification: Actively identify and qualify potential new clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
Analyze client needs and develop targeted outreach strategies.Pitch Strategy & Development:
Lead the development of compelling and customized pitch presentations that showcase GroupM's capabilities and address client-specific challenges.
Coordinate input and collaboration from various internal teams, including strategy, creative, client services, and product.Pitch Presentation: Lead pitch presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating GroupM's value proposition
