The Amazon International team in Mexico is looking for a highly analytical Senior Product Manager to continuously improve the end-to-end Customer Experience when buying Global Store selection on Amazon.Com.Mx.
We are looking for a smart and innovative leader who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, and can drive results across technical teams.
This position involves regular communication with senior management, and effective executive presentation skills are essential.The candidate will be strong in the following areas:Product management and development,
working together with technical and non-technical teams to improve operations and customer experience.Project management, including creating business justifications and functional requirements for product and site features.Strong data analysis experience, extracting insights that drive business decisions.Business management, including creating business strategy and managing program metrics.Automating and improving systems to streamline operations within Amazon internal stakeholders.Key job responsibilitiesImplement strategies to enhance the quality of customer interactions and overall satisfaction.End-to-end Customer journey optimization.Acquisition and Promotion Management.Traffic management, driving acquisition and engagement.International shopping standardization.About the teamGS is a channel that provides international products to customers shopping on their in-country Amazon Site.
This channel enables millions of products sold in other Amazon stores to Mexican customers, at competitive prices.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of product or program management, product marketing,
business development or technology experience.Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.Experience with end to end product delivery.Experience as a product manager or owner.Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required plus at least 8+ years of professional background.Fluent in both, English and Spanish.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
