Si es así, podrías ser el talento que buscamos para este puesto.- As a Supervisor II, Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of a skilled team of mechanics, installers, and repairers in providing top-notch maintenance services.
Coordinate work schedules, provide guidance,
and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
You will use your strong background in maintenance supervision and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including scheduling, assigning work, and monitoring progress.- Ensure adherence to established safety procedures and guidelines.- Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure high-quality workmanship.- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.- Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing professional and timely solutions.- Monitor inventory and order materials, tools, and equipment as needed.- Keep detailed records of maintenance performed and costs.- Perform hands-on maintenance work as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to address facility requirements.- Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
**Work Experience**:- Functions as a working supervisor of a business support team- May spend a portion of time performing the work supervised- Responsible for the results of the team- Works within established precedents and practices- Analyzes information to solve on-going problems- Has 5 or more years of work experience**Competencies**:LeadershipProblem SolvingTeamwork and CollaborationAccountabilityBusiness ExpertiseChampioning Guest NeedsDeveloping SelfImpactInterpersonal SkillsJob Functional Knowledge**Education**:- High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
