**What You'll Do**:- Cold-call leads, identify key decision-makers, and secure meetings for our team.- Follow up diligently with prospects to keep the sales process moving.- Exceed quarterly quotas by consistently hitting targets.- Stay updated on industry trends and our evolving product landscape to be a trusted resource for leads.- Maintain a high level of self-motivation and a desire to continuously improve.
**What You Bring**:- Proven work stability and a track record of success in sales.- Proficiency in using CRM systems (experience with Zoho is a plus).- A professional phone demeanor and presentation skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with mínimal supervision.- Eagerness to learn and achieve, with a commitment to growing alongside our team.
**Requirements**:- 12+ months of inside sales experience,



preferably as a BDR.- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.- Proven ability to open new accounts via cold calling and phone outreach.- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (100% English fluency is essential).
