Responsibilities
The Opportunity:
This role is responsible for developing and executing audience-driven content strategies that enhance marketing effectiveness, drive cultural relevance, and contribute to building iconic brands. The role will oversee content execution, audience refinement, and campaign optimization, ensuring that digital activations are data-driven, insight-led, and aligned with brand-building objectives.
A key part of this role is to make things happen—coordinating stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution, and keeping projects on track. The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple initiatives, balancing creativity with executional excellence to deliver impactful digital strategies that strengthen brand relevance in culturally meaningful ways.
This role collaborates closely with Brand, Media, Data, and eCommerce teams, as well as external agencies and digital platforms, to ensure content effectiveness, audience engagement, and measurable results.
Your Impact:
As Digital Sr Coordinator your functions would consist of
- Develop and execute audience-first content strategies, ensuring relevance and impact across digital channels.
- Ensure content and media activations are data-driven, leveraging insights from first-party data (1PD) and audience analytics.
- Own the execution of Always On Content Framework, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with brand objectives, and measurable impact.
- Manage Full-Funnel Content Activations, supporting digital pilots for key brands and aligning strategies with campaign goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners (agencies, media platforms)
to ensure flawless execution.
- Optimize eCommerce content, ensuring visibility and engagement in retailer platforms and brand stores.
- Monitor and track digital performance, analyzing key metrics (engagement, CTR, ROAS, VTR) and implementing optimizations.
- Test and implement content innovation pilots, working with partners like TikTok, Meta, and Google to explore new content formats.
- Ensure seamless project management and execution, keeping deliverables on track and solving roadblocks proactively.
- Report on digital content effectiveness, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
- +3 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, media, or project execution.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, media activation,
and full-funnel content strategies.
- Proven ability to manage projects from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment, timeliness, and impact.
- Experience in digital campaign optimization, content execution, and audience engagement strategies.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure flawless execution.
- Creative mindset with a strong operational focus—balancing innovative content strategies with executional discipline.
- Knowledge of first-party data (1PD) activation and its role in content personalization.
- Familiarity with eCommerce content strategies and performance marketing.
- Ability to analyze digital performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience managing external agencies and media partners.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to align teams and drive initiatives forward.
