Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager,
the Process Engineer role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- PCBA and Mechanical assembly process control and improvement;
- New product introduction and ramp up, and material issue handling;
- Customer and internal communication;
- Evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability;
- Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters;
- Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements;
- Evaluate and select various engineered materials;
- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products;
- Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities;
- Develop manufacturing documents and review processing methods;
- Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer;
- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Sr engineer experience in Process engineering (electronic industry).
- Bachelor or above degree.
- Experience in PCBA and mechanical assembly.
- PCBA Knowledge.
- Implementation of manufacturing controls.
- SMT and BOX experience.
- Root cause analysis and troubleshooting experience.
- Skillful at English speaking and writing.
- good at report editing capability.
- Have good communication skill with OEM customer.
Can use statistic method to analysis.
- Precision instrument assembly experience.
