**Associate Business Process Analyst**
**What role will you play as a member of the Colgate's Information Technology - Financial Planning & Analytics team?**
**In this role you will be collaborating with global Finance business, GIT teams and business partners to design, develop, implement & maintain our planning and analytical solutions.**
**What you will do**
**Support Finance Planning activities globally**
**Support global Analytics Initiatives**
**Work closely with cross functional teams**
**Analyze, research and resolve requests submitted by the business,



using existing technologies and ensuring the solution is aligned with divisional goals and GIT strategies**
**Refining assets based on feedback, ensuring their continuity of accuracy and functionality**
**Building interactive and complex data visualizations using complex datasets from different sources**
**Adapt user experience design concepts to create visualizations that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users**
**Stay updated with the latest technological advancement. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work and evaluate how / where it can add value to the business**
**Effectively communicate project and work related information to the team**
**Ensure compliance of GIT governance practices**
**Required Qualifications**
**Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Engineering**
**Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT role**
**Effective Operational Proficiency / highly proficient in spoken and written English**
**Experience with Java Script**
**Knowledge of data management fundamentals and data storage principles**




**Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms**
**Able to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies**
**Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically**
**Preferred Qualifications**
**At least 1 year in finance planning experience**
**Experience of working with cloud data warehousing / Big data environments like Snowflake, Bigquery, Google cloud storage is a plus**
**Experience in different visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Sigma, Domo, Data Studio etc.**
**Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases**
**Experience with Data flow, Data Pipeline & Workflow management tools: Airflow, Luigi etc.**
**SAP BW or SAP SAC knowledge is preferred**
