**A Little Bit About the Role**:
MORE is look at expanding the team for one of our global beverage clients; a global umbrella group with multiple international brands.
MORE is looking to recruit a Project Manager to work with our global distributed teams on this account as a dedicated member of the team on a long-term contract basis. The offshore team's role is to service this client globally for any needs that cannot be filled by their on-site teams.
This is a great opportunity working within a new team, creating impactful communications across the world and developing best practices for the various brands.
As the Project Manager you will be required to work on multiple projects.
A strong grasp of handling multiple projects simultaneously to execute projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness, dedication, on time and on budget is absolutely essential to this role. The role is fast paced and responsive, working across multiple brands and teams globally.
**What You'll be Doing**:
- Manage jobs/clients/internal clients and the creative team to ensure the project is delivered timeously and according to the brief
- Costing for all work conducted by MORE and ensuring all resources are accounted for and billed for. This will cover all aspects of PM work including, moving image and d
- Managing your implementation team to deliver within job specifications and resources.
- Responsible for managing the resource requirements for all projects and assigning the relevant PM on the projects
- Strive to follow and implement the best practice production and creative process within MORE and with internal and external clients.
- Plan and schedule projects efficiently therefore ensuring the optimum use of company resources.
- Communicate project status both internally and externally according to agreed ways of working protocol.
- Point of escalation for all projects from the Moving Image team with the onshore team.
- Produce estimates, timelines and measure progress of projects against those throughout the workflow
- Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of financial implications of delays, additional amends and re-briefs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships (both internally and externally) through clear communication and by building up trust between yourself and the client contacts.
- Identify, manage and mitigate against project risks at all times. Offer alternative solutions where needed.
- Support the business to develop technical excellence within MORE's clients and internally in the department.
- Provide high level reports detailing project status against the project deliverables and commercial targets. This includes monthly M.I reports, updating trackers and case studies for the group.
- Work collaboratively, motivate and encourage the closer and wider teams ensuring all team members remain focused on delivering the best work possible and feel supported in doing so.
- Ensure administration tasks are maintained according to best practices and of the highest standards
- Responsible for supplier negotiations (where applicable), PO creation, job billing and reconciliations
- Ensuring time sheets are completed accurately and weekly
- Ensuring all assets as created are archived correctly on OMG, to ensure that for future use, all assets can be accessed quickly
- Serving as a link between various departments to ensure projects are delivered timeously, including transcreation and global content management.
- Creative X is one of the key growth areas for the client, and requires a MidM. that will step into the space, asses the various requirements for projects, and works alongside the team to deliver best in class.
- Creative X requires a different view from normal digital content creation in both the platforms used and their capabilities, we require an individual that can collaborate with creative, offers solutions and alternative problem solving and is driven by finding solutions.
Client Contact
- Receive briefs and understand the brief before de-briefing the team
- Manage client expectations and maintain open lines of communication at all times
- Ensure clients receives the best quality product within time and budget
- Conduct timeous communication both written and verbal with all stakeholders internally and externally, with a sense of urgency and accuracy
- Be present on all kickstart meetings for campaigns and handover meetings on campaign coming into the workstream
- Central point of contact for all status updates with regards to media partners and 3rd party suppliers like Smartling if and when
Project Management
- Ensure that the team is adhering to deadlines and resources quoted and billed for.
- Managing the job timeline on a daily basis and also being able to accommodate new briefs
- Booking and managing freelancers where required
- Liaising with client to manage timeous scheduling of resources
