Provide partnership and supervision of the results of the SBU, being a partner of Commercial area and finance professionals to support decisions. You will play an important part to support financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency thru budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. Another important play is how to manage financial performance and implementing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance.
You will support Honeywell business leaders and support to drive finance initiatives and decisions and in addition of all other is important to know how to identify trends and developments in competitive environments and support the management outcome decisions. At the end this position involves frequent interaction and coordination with various business partners & stakeholders across finance and non-finance functions including leading and contributing to multiple improvement projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with business leader to enable topline growth and margin expansion through financial analysis and practical counsel
- Act as a COO and financial adviser to the leadership team to align business decisions which enable performance to quarterly financial commitments
- Drive the detailed development of the AOP and formal financial forecasts
- Perform variance analysis interpreting the impact of results against monthly, quarterly and yearly plan/forecast
- Present monthly financial results to regional leadership
- Develop new and enhance existing processes used in financial modeling
- Positively impact cash by identifying opportunities to managing inventory effectively
- Perform ad-hoc analysis based upon changing business needs
- Provide training aimed at improving financial acumen within the business
- Timely month/quarter close
- Direct financial audits
- Lead standards development

- Conduct Balance sheet reviews
- Improve efficiency
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ year experience in Finance or Accounting (FP&A;, Commercial Finance, ISC, Business Analysis)
