The **Operations Manager** is part of the leadership and communicates with all department heads. The main objective of this position is to ensure smooth communication and service delivery between all parts of our team, clients, and agency partners on a daily basis.- You will lead bi-weekly team meetings which will include a “client rundown” reviewing each client, their progress,
and upcoming service and deliverables.- You will be responsible for developing and improving new processes to improve service delivery and KPI tracking to keep team members accountable and to ensure deadlines are met.- You will be responsible for communicating with our agency partners and eventually learn to pitch potential clients and new partners on our services.- You will learn advanced SEO strategy and all components of an SEO project and be able to communicate it to clients, partners, and teams simply and effectively.- You will be responsible for reading 1 business-related book per quarter that we recommend.We are a small business - every day there is a new challenge without a procedure. This is a very "figure it out" type of position. **If you rely on processes to know what to do, this is not the role for you.** Eventually, we create systems to make things easier, but you will be the person who creates/refines them.Experienced in Team Management, Account Management, and Digital Marketing.Organized, logical, and takes initiative.Highly interested in SEO and becoming an SEO SpecialistBilingual English and Spanish (fully fluent)Naturally Happy And Upbeat AttitudeExcellent Communication SkillsBasic Technical Skills- WordPress Experience- Proficient in HTML / CSS**Hours and Compensation**:- Full Time - 35-40 Hours (20-25 hours for Training Week)- Hours are 10AM-6PM EST- Training will be paid and fully provided.- Quarterly bonuses based on agency growth/performance**>>>>>> HOW TO APPLY <**1.
