**General Description**:
The Service Lane Product Sr. Specialist is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product target, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Responsible of spare parts development, sourcing, pricing and launching plan (plastic parts, grill, mirrors, headlamps, sheet metal parts, door assy, hood assy, backdoor, etc.)
**Key Responsibilities**:
Act as a leader within the company.
Follow-up to sourcing strategies, integrate cross-functional teams from proof-of-concept stage to launch stages.
Follow-up to purchasing strategy and work closely with vendors to secure product coverage, in collaboration with pricing, packaging, logistics and inventory.
Responsible for overseeing market and competitor research and benchmarking to detect new product opportunities for business enhancement.
Develop business cases for new product lines adoption.
Coaching and training and feedback with field personnel and customers for the assigned parts categories.
To coordinate the product development plan to achieve sales and profit objectives by working with vendors and cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Supply, Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Dealers).
Identify long-term and short-term business opportunities and ensure conversion to revenue.
Experience tracking supplier performance & correct manage relationship.
**Education/Certifications**:
Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
Previous Work Experience
Experience in Automotive industry, aftermarket experience preferred. Service Parts aftermarket,
Service Parts Manager in OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
Automotive parts development / spare parts technical and quality specifications.
Product Category / Product Lauching.
Experience of product process documentation, standards and policies.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
**Language**: English - Advanced level.
**Travel**: 10%
**Computer Skills**: Advance data analysis, executive presentations.
**Competencies**: analytic, cross-functional work coordination and project control.
