**Purpose**:Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position.
The Brand associate coordinates and supports operational activities regarding the brand functional plan execution. Is an important link between the Brand Team and the In Field Team members. The brand associate is responsible for working closely with business partners to guarantee functional plan objectives and recommend according to In Field specific needs. The brand associate will also manage specific brand projects aligned with the strategic brand plan
- Accompaniment of the process of payment and contracting of suppliers and speakers.
- Supports materials development,
follows up internal approval process promoting cross functional collaboration between support areas, ensuring correct policies and procedures execution according to the processes and policies.
- Supports and coordinates strategic events development. (Bidding process, supports objectives definition, follows up procurement process and ensures the correct event closing process)
- Supports Product manager in the development and implementation of tactic plan/monthly cycle guides
- Ensure procurement process, such as responsible for monitoring the purchase orders generated from all the activities of the brand team.
- Manage effective communication with various levels of cross-functional stakeholders, such as: business owners / internal customers, field staff, and various support departments.
- Develops special strategic projects (Adhoc); such as multi-channel campaign, internal communication, materials, conferences and launch events
- Co - Leadership of the intern of the brand, giving support and guidance in day-to-day activities.
- Logistics HCV materials tracking like rapid test, tubs, etc. and the administration of the resources.
- Safeguard the HCV receipt from IMSS, ISSSTE and CENSIDA.
- Control the inventory of HCV materials to ensure the deliver having in the contract.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree required
- Strong Organizational skills - Knowledge of attendee management - Supplier management - Ability to manage multiple project deadlines - Cross-functional collaboration
- Good communication/presentation skills, written and verbal - Shows high level of initiative and ability to work independently - Ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment - Ability to work independently and remotely as necessary
- Must be available to travel domestically up to 20%. - Must be able to provide effective customer service.
- Conflict resolution skills; independent of supervisor input or coaching.
