We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager,



the inside sales representative will be responsible for growing sales by developing new leads, communicating with current and new customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understand customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keep up with product and service information and updates.
- Create and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explain and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Stay informed about competing products and services.
- Upsell products and services.
- Research and qualify new leads.
- Close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Assure 100% adherence of all plans to compliance guidelines.
**Experience**:
- Conversational English.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Willingness to continue your sales education.
- Customer oriented.
