**Responsibilities**
**The Opportunity**
Responsible to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities. This dynamic Associate Account Executive role requires a person with a do-what-it takes attitude who can wear various hats from concepting, brainstorming, evaluating design and creatives ideas, providing strategic planning, and being the liaison between the content design team and the brand team.
In this role, you will be the face of the in-house content development team for LATAM PMF+BCC that is driving creative versioning of multiple communication assets in this super-fast-paced environment. It is imperative that you are detailed-oriented,
can anticipate and solve problems, build client trust, and meet stringent deadlines. Define and thoroughly explain projects to team members.
Distribute and assign the tasks to the personnel indicated to carry them out. Define the objectives pursued in each of the defined stages. Lead and supervise the fulfillment of the objectives. Ensure the coordinated action of the team. Manage and control the use of resources. Solve problems and implement the necessary changes.
**Your Impact**
As Brand Account Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Kickstart timeline development by providing a due date and client mandatories to project management, and ensure that timeline meets both team and client needs.
- Lead overall growth and development of accounts across PMF + BCC portfolio of brands.
- Translate the brand teams or shopper marketing teams brief to the creative / design team.
- Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service, and a solid client/in-house agency relationship.
- Keeping management informed of the status of his accounts, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times.
- Inform and review project estimates to ensure they’re realistic, comprehensive, and fit within the overall SOW.
- Uses knowledge of advertising production processes in all media (TV, print, radio, outdoor, digital, branded content).
- Ensures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved.
- Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives.
- Maintains open and complete communications of Client issues with functional leaders and corporate management.
**Qualifications**
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- ** Bachelor Degree**: Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Web Design and UX/UI.
- +2 years of experience as Business Account Manager in food and beverage companies and advertising agencies.
- Marketing professional with at least 3 years in agency account management and/or experience in a closely related field.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY).
- Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of accounts and projects with detail-oriented lens.
- Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity.
Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything while leading creative / design teams and managing agency product.
- Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Project Management Tools.
- **Leadership**: Orchestrator, Influencer, non-hierarchical: Strong track record of developing and inspiring teams of marketing / creative professionals. Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
