**About the position**:
The Human Resources Manager has primary responsibility for employee benefits administration, coordinating the day-to-day office operations (employment, employee relations, HRIS). Provides guidance to management, analyzes HR metrics, resolves employee relations issues,
and suggests HR strategies aligned with business goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with line management to provide daily HR guidance in working relationships, increase productivity and retention.
- Continuous review of organizational structure to be align to business needs
- Track and analyze metrics of HR department to address business decisions
- Responsible of completion of day-to-day people process (hiring, on boarding, off boarding, payroll, time off, bench,etc)
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation and ensure processes are being conducted using Distillery’s resources and materials.
- Maintain a close approach and open communication within the people inside Distillery to keep track of work environment
- Manages the relationship with vendors and brokers (Benefits, accounting, etc.)
- Ensure administration of company policies and procedures,
practices and principles relating to employee relations and risk management; counsel and advise management and recommend approaches to resolve problems.
- Handle employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Implement and follow up global performance management process
- Promote engagement and culture initiatives in alignment with business strategy (events, communication forums, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communications skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
- Empathetic and engaging individual, who listens well, is responsive, solutions focused, and results oriented.
