**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Finance Intelligence Jr Manager**
**Main Purpose**
Support Senior Associates to cater for a specific region, account or Finance teams’ requirements.
Lead the PFC (PepsiCo Foods Canada) Finance functional support team in HBS.
**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- ** Functional Responsibilities**:
- Leader of all PFC HBS Finance associates.
- Understanding of multiple processes such as FP&A;, Commercial Finance, Rev Management, Supply Chain, Opex Management, A&M; Budgeting in order to assist team on day-to-day issues.
- Understanding of P&L; drivers.
- Support where required summaries for the Canadian business on key business metrics.
- Provide leadership for the team if issues or opportunities occur that require escalation back to the Canadian business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested.
- Create an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Share best practices from other HBS teams to elevate the service levels of the Canadian Finance team in HBS.
- ** People Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of 10-12 people spanning multiple levels.
- Coach and on
- board new members of the team in ways of working and processes.
Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirement**
- Experience managing a P&L.;
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in English language required.
- 7+ years of experience in finance, planning and/or accounting.
- MBA preferred.
- ** Experience in financial systems & programs (BOBJ, Essbase, Tableau, Excel).**:
- ** Experience in Mosaic**:
- Able to work independently and takes initiative.
- Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills and capabilities.
- Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience.
- ** Essential**:
- Excellent Project Management Skills.
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines.
- Numerate and a lateral thinker, good at data analysis, with a strong attention to detail.
- Sound stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven experience of working with ambiguity and managing multiple projects/tasks.
- Managing and coaching others.
