servicing 81% of the Global Fortune 500 companies and processing over 3 trillion dollars a day in payments. The TTS business includes Payments and Receivables, Liquidity, Commercial Cards and Trade.
**Citi is seeking a highly skilled & experienced TTS (Treasury & Trade Solutions) Technology Isolation Lead (Business Analysis Group Manager) to join the Mexico TTS Technology team. This is a hybrid role with the employee reporting into the office 3 days a week.**
This is an SVP level role that will lead the ICG initiatives derived from the split of Citibanamex that will allow Citi to give continuity to transactions and services for clients that were dependent on the branch network. This role is expected to drive the solutioning and execution of the initiatives that allow the enablement of these transactions and services, with the ultimate transformational goal to allow Citi to establish partnerships with different entities to fulfill Client needs. This role is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to define strategy, drive solutions and lead execution in coordination with the Technology team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Directly or indirectly manage multiple teams of business analysts supporting multiple technology groups focused on different initiatives with responsibilities including work allocation, budget, planning and execution, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assigned
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the efficient analysis, design, development and implementation and to ensure essential procedures are followed
- Set standards for documenting business processes needed to support technology processes and implementations & ensure teams adopt those standards to maintain thorough documentation on a go-forward basis
- Develop strategy and guidelines for appropriate staffing requirements, exercising control over resources,
budget management and planning and contributing to defining standards
- Work as a team to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating with external parties as needed
- Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations, drawing on diverse range of internal and external sources
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated leadership
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines. Strong coaching and mentoring experience who can guide the team to innovate and deliver on time.
- Experience building inclusive and equitable teams; leverages diversity as a driver for excellence.
- Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated leadership
