Now we are looking for this position:
**Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Payable Analyst**
**Main Purpose**
Register and analysis of invoices or fiscal of the operation aligned with policies and procedures for the Business Unit, and in turn compile reports related to payment commitments to third parties and internal to the company, to ensure payment in a timely manner,



as well as provide operational and financial visibility.
**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**
- _
Validate all vendor invoices to be paid have been previously approved and have supporting documentation and accurate PO_
- _ Seek approvals from local management fleet team in order to execute payments _
- _Generate journal entry to account for partial payments or reclassify expenses_
- _ Prepare information and reports for internal/external audit purposes in accordance with specific auditor requirements_
- _ Concur reconciliation statements_
- _ Work Orders submission_
- _ Contact with the BU for issues related to invoice payment._
- _ Giving support to externarl/internal clients_
Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- _
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related majors_




- _ Experience of at least 2 years working in Accounts Payable positions_
- _ Knowledge of English at least 70% (reading, writing, conversational) - required_
- _ Intermediate Microsoft Excel - required _
- _Concur knowledge-desired_
- _ Highly responsible and committed individual who is detail oriented, organized, and driven_
- _ Always displays a professional and client-focused attitude_
- _ Excellent communication skills_
- _ Ability to work under pressure and stress management._
- _ Ability to teamwork, results oriented, service attitude and opening to change_If you have the profile that we are looking,
