**Sr. Customer Quality Engineer**
**Essential responsibilities**:
- 1- Handle customer complaints- 2- Track and communicate progress in Quality Improvements- 3- Develop tools to effectively track performance- 4- Communicate with customers to update on complaints- 5- Make presentations on Quality KPIs to Upper Management.- 6- Train employees in WCM Quality Tools- 7- Prepares customer related reports (for example customer scorecard) including analysis and driving implementation of needed actions- 8- Proactively visits the customer's site as needed or requested**Qualifications**:
- Education: Industrial / Electromechanic Engineer
- 5 years of experience in Quality
- 5 years experience on internal and external audit
- Fluent communication in English.
- Six sigma green / black belt certification
- Soft skills: Team work, Decision making, Problem solving, Negotiation and communication
- US Visa / Available to travel
