**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
Our positions in Monterrey are hybrid roles enabling our team to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. Our office space in Monterrey was designed to promote collaboration for our scrum teams and increase our development velocity. In addition, you'll enjoy a great view of the city, fresh coffee, and the occasional happy hour.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Translate UX designs and business requirements into technical specifications and provide effort estimates.
- Create & review software architecture designs including visual representations
- Identify and articulate risk and potential mitigations.
- Deliver high quality code in shortest time in collaboration with your peer mobile, web and backend Developers from your squad team, including doing code reviews.
- Analyze root causes of mission-critical issues under time pressure and provide rapid mitigations.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using Java / Kotlin, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
- Experience with working in agile environments.
- Very good communicator.
**SALARY AND BENEFITS**:
- 80,000 - 90,000 MXN
- Hybrid scheme (3 days a week working in the office, 2 days remotely)
- Vacation days according to law.
