The Opportunity:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for developing and implementing TA strategies. As the TA Partner, you will partner with Global TA Leads, Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders and Hiring leaders to define, screen, select, offer and onboard talented individuals in a proactive, cost-effective, and compliant manner.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)
- Proactively advise Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to enable efficient service delivery
- Develop effective and cost-efficient sourcing strategies for all assigned openings
- Ensure TA strategies are compliant with Country Regulatory requirements and Corporate policies
- Leads delivery of full life cycle TA activities including planning, outreach, selection, offer management, credential verification, and preparing for Day 1 employment
- Build a bench of qualified prospects to meet both current and anticipated business needs
- Define, Measure, Analyse, process reports and feedback to enable continuous improvement
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology preferred or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of experience managing full life cycle TA process in a corporate and/or professional search firm
- PHR/SPHR certification is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)
- Knowledge of multiple Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
- Expert in networking and building relationships with highly talented individuals
- Demonstrated bias for action and follow through
- Proven written, verbal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organization
- Proven ability to successfully deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
