**Job Summary**:
- We are seeking a data analytics engineer for developing cloud computing platforms and tools to generate meta data utilizing a large pool of real world and synthetic data to improve the performance of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) feature functions. Collaborates with ADAS team members to extract insightful information out of the data lake. You will be responsible for designing highly scalable & user-friendly data processing pipelines/ frameworks that will serve as a platform to deploy big data analytics scripts on HPCC (High Performance Computing Cluster) environment.
**Your Role**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders on large data analytic needs and develop data solutions
- Build cloud computing tools that improves the quality of the features and functions
- Train the team to use the cloud computing tools most efficiently for their use cases
- Develop innovative solutions to simplify workflows, automate tasks to improve the efficiency and productivity of development process
- Manage complex data sets by designing tools / framework under hybrid cloud computing infrastructure
- Develop and deliver analytic products using typical data science / analytics techniques
- Provide solutions to ensure high quality of deliverables
**Your Background**:
**Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline** (data science, computer science, computer / electrical engineering, operations research, statistics artificial intelligence, or related field of study)
**At least 6 months of work experience in Automotive Industry or Consumer Electronics**
**Bilingual - proficient in English speaking/reading/writing**
- Interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills,
strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive approach to challenge
- Cross functional interests, ambitious and self-driven. Adaptive, comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to effectively manage several projects at once
- Strong soft skills: skilled networking creation, influencing skills, constantly learning, positive and ownership profile
- Experience in exploring analyzing massive / complex datasets and providing data-driven / quantitative problem-solving approach
- Familiar with BI (Business Intelligence) visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
**Familiar with Python and Linux**
**Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)**:
- Experience in SQL, MatLab (Simulink/Stateflow), and Git
- Experience in Python data science libraries and framework; pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, scikit-learn,
TensorFlow/PyTorch, PySpark, etc.
- Familiarity of High Performance Computing Cluster and relevant development tools
- Knowledge of and/or experience in ADAS / AD (Autonomous Driving) / automotive development process
- Agile software development experience and understanding of DevOps / CICD principles
- Experience in building machine learning models
- Experience with building and maintaining distributed data pipelines
