We are looking for an **Accounts Receivable Specialist **to support the following activities:
- Process various types of customer billings each month, credit requests, among other non-recurring adjustments
- Review weekly aging reports and follow up on open invoices
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing, tracking, and verifying information for the billing process
- Preparation and deposit of customer payments
- Audit billing categories for missing transactions
- Analysis of GL accounts, budget variances, and projection variances
**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday,
- Regular: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST
- Day Light saving:9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.CST

**Requirements**:
- **ADVANCED ENGLISH**:
- 1 to 2 years of experience with accounts receivable.
- Experience with billing
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in Speaking and Writing.
