We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to support our team and enhance our compliance, employee relations, and recruitment support functions.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Utilize recruitment tools to manage the hiring process,
from posting to interview scheduling.- Ensure a smooth and efficient virtual onboarding process to minimize downtime for new hires.- Review and analyze performance metrics for managers and support staff, working closely with the Executive Team to set new KPIs and goals for 2025.- Assist in aligning employee performance goals with company objectives, even when working remotely.- Serve as a remote point of contact for HR-related issues, providing guidance to employees and escalating concerns as needed.- Handle employee concerns with discretion and efficiency.
**Skills**:- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.- Proficiency in HR software and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.- Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (required)- Professional working experience in HR and Operations (2 years)- Advanced English (required)**Technology**:- HR software, CRM, VoIP Phones, Google suites,
Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
