and tailoring agreements to meet business needs.Experience with customers and cross-functional internal business partners.Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with United States and Canada based partners.Preferred Qualifications:Experience developing agreements (e.G., drafting, redlining, discussing agreements) at a technology firm.Knowledge of financial modeling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.Ability to present investigative findings used to influence internal and external leadership.Ability to be resourceful, solve problems, work autonomously, lead, and work on multiple time-sensitive projects.Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.About the JobIn this role, you will analyze opportunities, create business agreements, and execute transactions throughout the business cycle.
