This professional will be part of a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team responsible for creating the experience of internal and external products.
We are looking for a creative problem solver with experience in designing interfaces for multiple audiences.What You Will Do:- Present and defend user interfaces based on the overall design process, such as design thinking and fundamental principles (i.E.
color theory, visual weight, etc.
).- Create UI designs, prototypes, user interactions, and digital experiences for mobile and desktop interactions.- Master HCI usability and accessibility.- Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts, following the brand guideline.- Participate in the company's design system development.- Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results.- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and designers to translate business goals into a unique brand and product experiences.- Be a part of all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, user analysis, testing, implementation, and results analysis.Here's what we are looking for:- 5+ years of experience as a UI designer.- Knowledge of Apple, Google, and responsive design guidelines.- A great team player,
