**How you will contribute**
You will develop strategy and implement internal and external communication processes and deliver results in your area of expertise. To generate positive media coverage for the company and its brands, you will develop a media strategy and build strong media relations with Tier-1 media and global media in your geographic area. You will work with internal cross-functional teams to protect and strengthen the company and brands’ reputation by developing content and managing related communications channels and provide Mondelēz International spokespeople with talking points,
ensuring their visibility by monitoring business events and proactively managing their speaking opportunities. In addition, you will represent Mondelēz International as a spokesperson when appropriate; support the consumer relations function as it relates to social media and media coverage based on consumer feedback; edit and approve external communications to key accounts, distributors, consumers, and partners; support your local management team on internal communications and ensure effective co-ordination with other functions; and ensure activities are delivered within budget.

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the communication strategy of the company to strengthen the brand image, improve media relations,
and promote clear and consistent communication both inside and outside the organization. This role leads a multidisciplinary team and collaborates closely with the marketing, human resources, and executive departments to ensure that all corporate affairs align with the company’s values, strategic objectives and narrative.
Key responsibilities of the role include Communication Strategy Development, Public Relations Management, Brand and Corporate Reputation Management, Team Leadership and Management, etcetera.
**Job specific requirements**:
- +10 years of experience in Corporate Communication (must) within global companies, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- In-depth knowledge of digital platforms and communication management tools: social media (must), new technologies (must) and AI (desirable).
- Previous experience as People Manager with strong leadership abilities and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Solid experiences interacting and working closely with Senior Executives (C-Levels / C-Suites) conveying complex messages clearly and effectively (must).
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
