At **HYATT** We are looking for a **Global Service Desk Analyst I** to join our **Global Technology Support** team.
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.




- Manage user access security, including account creation, password resets, and permission assignments.
- Log and track incidents in the ticketing system to ensure proper documentation and resolution.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.
- Communicate updates and solutions to users clearly and professionally.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles.
- Assist with software installations and system maintenance tasks.
**Your Profile**:

- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Up to 1 year of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical diagnostic skills.
- Proficient in Windows/MacOS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Service Desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow).




- Familiarity with ITIL processes, and relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Fundamentals) will be a plus.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
This position offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support within a dynamic professional environment.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
