This role represents a significant opportunity for professional development within a rapidly expanding company, setting the direction for talent acquisition strategies and leading a team towards achieving recruitment excellence in the tech industry.What you will doOversee a distributed team of Recruiting Leads, ensuring effective team leadership and management.Play a pivotal role in defining and executing the Talent Search strategy, aligning with organizational goals.Prepare for and adapt to various recruitment scenarios to meet diverse hiring needs.Innovate in search, selection, and attraction strategies in close collaboration with organizational leaders and managers.Drive improvements in the recruitment process's efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on methodologies and technologies.Maintain a creative mindset to solve recruitment challenges.Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs,



using data to inform strategic decisions.What we are looking for8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, demonstrating a deep understanding of the IT industry and recruitment practices.Proven track record in leading recruitment teams, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.Strategic planning and execution skills in recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition strategies.Proficient in leveraging advanced search engines and social media for recruitment purposes.Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and outcomes for continuous improvement.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.Advanced proficiency in English; additional languages, especially Spanish, are a plus.How we make your work (and your life)
