**About the Role**
Processes job requisitions and provides management and implementation of continuous improvement projects also coordinates the team to make necessary changes to the process flow.
**What You Will Do**
- Work with Logistics Planning to define needed supply chain process improvements.
- Identify and lead supply chain process improvement initiatives.
- Support production lines and lead improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate improvements on floor.
- Lead projects and implement NPI's.
**Degree Requirement**
University degree (bachelor’s degree in administration or industrial, mechanical or other related engineering)

- Understanding of international logistics, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
- Understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
**Logistics Management**:
- Knowledge of warehouse layout, storage methods, and inventory control techniques.
- Skill in managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ability to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and minimize stockouts and excess inventory
- Ability to coordinate with different departments
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques to measure logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to use logistics software and tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of SAP system.
- Advanced
- intermediate conversational English.
- Microsoft tools knowledge. (Advanced or expert skills)
- Lean knowledge.
**Additional Info**:
- The primary location for this position is Monterrey, Nuevo León.
