**eCommerce Lead**
**Your Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Co-design and drive the eCommerce strategic plan for CH Mexico to achieve our long term vision - including Marketplaces like Amazon, Mercado Libre, etc. -being the liaison between digital, sales, trade marketing.
- Search new opportunities (clients, apps, models)
to continue developing the channel.
- Kam for pure players and home deliveries, securing monthly sales targets.
- Develop the commercial relationship with them such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, Rappi, etc.
- Act as a coach and consultant for key stakeholders in commercial teams, to influence them to develop breck and clicks.
- E-commerce Goals setting aligned with key stakeholders and optimization to secure monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Definition and execution of promotional activity calendar for pure players and alignment/communication with the different areas.
- Create and maintain eCommerce promotional calendars for pure, eCommerce Playbooks to educate cross-functional partners working digital team.

- Responsible for building category and customer digital JBPs partnering with Sales, Data Analytics, Trade and Marketing teams.
- Participate in brand planning as eCommerce expert and eCommerce sales planning.
- Report CH Division online sales to give visibility to the organization.
- Optimize assortment & retail readiness using tools & platform knowledge to decide where to play - including item set-up/management/Priority ASINs Optimize packaging for profit, sustainability & functionality for eCommerce Channel working with supply.
- Secure support & activate demand generation via commerce media platforms for pure players and home deliveries.
- Activate Premium Partnership Benefits inclusive of educational series, match media, AIP studies, Offline sales life studies and Betas Activate.
- Search for pure players retail media platforms inclusive of KPIs and Strategies, LMR, Brand Stores, retail health, new item launches & external media.
- Activate Display for retail media platforms inclusive of objectives, Strategies, creative and LMR working with media and content manager.
- Utilize Profit ROI model to justify the current investment and secure incremental investment.
**Who You Are**:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ Yrs of experience managing e-commerce with e-retailers and pure players / marketplaces such as Amazon/Mercado libre.
- Knowledge managing negotiations for ecommerce in brick and clicks clients such as Walmart ecommerce, San Pablo Ecommerce, etc.
- 3+ experience of progressive developing ecommerce Sales Strategy, E- Trade Marketing experience in FMCGs - preferable.
- Fluent English Skills
