**Join Our Team: Back Office Assistant**
**Location**: On-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco

We’re currently hiring a **Back Office Assistant** to join our growing team!
**Your Role**:
As a **Back Office Assistant**, you’ll support daily administrative tasks for a law firm. Responsibilities include:
- Managing attorneys' calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinating legal document preparation (non-litigation).




- Communicating with new and existing clients.
- Drafting, proofreading, and filing legal documents.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing friendly, accurate, and professional support.
- Setting and maintaining appointments while generating and managing new leads.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in customer service, especially in telephone support.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) - minimum C1 level.
- Strong spelling, grammar, and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Punctuality, reliability, and independent planning skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
