**Responsibilities**
**Jr Brand Content Designer**
**Main Purpose**
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Work in the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated for different touchpoints like Packaging, POS materials and digital banner ads.
- Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics and adapt to different POS materials when needed.
- Editorial skills to create compelling and mesmerizing visual presentations for Marketing internal use
- Generate fresh, new and innovative art graphics within brand and design standards to support all distribution channels, social media and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to rapid prototyping
- Adaptation of existing Key Visuals for Digital Ads among others.
- Ability to deliver simple print artworks when needed.
- Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely.z
- Detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes on business trends.

**Qualifications**
- Have at least 18 months in your current function
- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position
- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years
- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months
**Education/Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.)
- +2 years of agency creative experience in art / graphic design
- Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role
- Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; experience w/ CPG a plus
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must
- Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong creative portfolio, available online
