Confie is a shared service center, originally from the United States, mainly in the areas of California, Nevada, and Arizona. Its clients are primarily insurance companies in the vehicle and medical sectors, each with more than 60 lines of business.
Important:
- This is an on-site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses.
- A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet performance goals
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document all necessary details of a loss for initial review by the adjuster,
ensuring accurate claim investigation.
- Handle follow-up calls from involved parties, escalate cases to the adjuster, and assist with claim updates.
- Provide claim status updates, including handler contact details and expectations, while triaging escalations appropriately.
- Assist with translation for claim-related statements, including property damage, bodily injury, and potential fraud cases.
