We're seeking a Director of Sales to join our team.
Proper is seeking a motivated, personable Director of Sales to continue Proper's high-velocity growth journey!
This director will join a sales team of eleven (AE's, SDR's and sales operations combined) and will report to the Head of Sales.
Part of our Growth team, they will engage in cross-department collaborations with the Director of Marketing, Head of Brand, and design team, and will be supported by a Project Manager and sales operations.

Role Description
This Sales Director will lead the sales team by developing and implementing sales plans to increase the company's profits and motivate their team to hit sales goals.
The director of Sales will also conduct research on pricing, competition, and demand to determine how much the services are worth and ensure that our pricits within the customer's budget.
This is a director-level role that requires Importante empresa in both core sales and sales operations including reporting to the executive team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver operational excellence in pipelinrecast, and reporting by delivering analytics and insights to Sales, Marketing, anance leadership that measure key business drivers.
Management duties include:
career development and coaching of direct reports, recurring 1:
1s, etc.
Also,oversight and tracking of their team's success (KPI's).
Double click on problem areas by participating, shadowing, or doing core sales activities at a ground level to help understand and improve people or processes as required
Ensure providing appropriate training and development of new hires.
Qualifications
7 years of Importante empresa:
5 in a sales role and 2 in Sales Operations or equivalent
nsive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
Importante empresa working with both SMB and Enterprise customers
Importante empresa working with in-house marketing teams that does demand generation and optimizir that.
Directly able to build out and supplement inbound marketing with a scalable outbound sales team.
Salesforce proficiency, ideally administrator expertise.
Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes cilitate achievement of business objectives
