We are looking for a bilingual operations manager to assist with the start-up, team recruitment, and daily operations of our customer service center.
We are looking for a bright, motivated, and experienced team builder!
**Requirements**:

- You must have team management experience as well as experience with the start-up of operations for at least 2 years.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Support worker communication with the management team.
**Requirements**:

- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers,



partners, and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
