About HireRight:
Overview:
The
**Compensation Analyst **will assist with the research, analysis, planning, and administration of HireRight's compensation programs.
This position works closely with the Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and HR Operation teams to support compensation programs, and to ensure our compensation strategies and practices attract and retain top talent.
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support to HR and managers to resolve various issues related to compensation.
- Evaluate jobs and to determine appropriate market pricing for external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Support and guide HR, managers, and employees through the annual compensation review and bonus processes




- Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
- Research best practices in the fields of compensation and participate in development of compensation philosophies, strategies, and policies.
- Support the HR teams on analytical and data projects related to compensation and draw actional insights.
- Ensure compensation practices are in line with legal requirements.
- Lead training and information sessions on compensation
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
**Experience**:

- 3+ years of HR working experience.
- Experience working in global company environment.
- Experience in supporting the development, administration of, and evaluating classification and compensation programs in APAC and EMEA.
- Advanced skills in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)
and ability to learn and configurate new software.
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, meet deadlines, and execute quickly and efficiently.
- Strong critical thinking,



analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
- Positive attitude, deep curiosity, high level of self-awareness.
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields (Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Information Systems, Finance etc.)
