IT Project Manager

Role Overview:

As an IT Project Manager, you will:

- Evaluate and prioritize IT projects, ensuring strategic alignment.




- Manage resources within the IT PMO (Project Management Office).
- Track and execute project activities with teams and stakeholders following Viva Aerobus' methodology.
- Maintain documentation and report project progress at agreed intervals.
- Apply best practices in integration, scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management.
- Lead high-value strategic projects within IT Corporate.

Your Deliverables:
- Project Prioritization - Evaluate and manage the IT Corporate project portfolio.
- Resource Management - Optimize capacity and resource allocation for the PMO team.
- Success Indicators - Track performance (Expected vs. Achieved results).
- Project Support - Guide and align PMs in the IT PMO.
- Best Practices - Establish and improve project management standards.
- Strategic Project Execution - Lead critical IT transformation projects.

Who You Are:

- Location: Monterrey, MX (Manager-level position).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience: +6 years in HR Development, Consulting, or Budget Management.




- Skills: Advanced Excel & analytics, project management, continuous improvement.
- Tools: Expertise in Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday, SAP Activate.
- Certifications: PMP (Required). Desirable: PgMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile.
- Languages: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
