We are currently searching for a Business Analyst - Data Migration & Integration Specialist:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data migration requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Conduct detailed analysis of legacy data sources and documented data mapping requirements for target systems.
- Document business and technical requirements for data migration projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to maintain data integrity and quality.
- Work with technical teams to design, document, and implement data migration scripts, procedures, and tools.
- Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness post-migration.
- Conduct testing cycles, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to verify successful data migration.
- Serve as a liaison between business users, project custodians,
and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
- Build reports and dashboards across multiple objects, deliver KPIs, and apply knowledge of data modeling and relational databases.
- Provide training and support to end users on new data structures and systems post-migration.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data migration and integration projects.
- Proficiency in ETL processes and tools.
- Expertise in data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and relational databases.
- Experience in building reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
