We are looking to build a truly great company and are JUST GETTING STARTED.The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love for you to be a part of it, as our Inspection and Real Estate Group- ISN) | Sales Development RepresentativeTHE POSITIONAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Inspection & Real Estate unit, you will be joining a Sales team focused on outbound outreach to introduce multiple software platforms that support different businesses connected to the Home Inspection Market.
You will work closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and the marketing team in scaling sales operations.
You will join a small team where you will directly input into the go-to-market strategy.WHAT YOU DO-- Support sales team on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.- Manage data for prospective clients in our CRM,
ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.- Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing potential leads and passing off qualified opportunities to the sales team.- Implement creative ways to engage and build rapport to maintain your book of prospectsWHAT TO EXPECT:- Quick recruitment process through video calls.- Pay rate: MXN 111.00 an hour- Ramping Period Bonus: MXN $5,500 average.- Average Performer Bonus: MXN $7,400 to MXN $9,250- Training: paid initial training, as well as ongoing training to help you develop in your role and career
