.Eddy Pump is a fast-growing international engineering and manufacturing company with offices in San Diego and Tijuana.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join Eddy Pump.
As a Bilingual CSR, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and building strong relationships with our clients.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**:- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, order processing,



and resolving issues related to products or services in a timely and professional manner.- Communicate effectively with customers in both languages (English and Spanish, etc.)
to ensure accurate understanding and build rapport.- Provide product information, technical specifications, and pricing details to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer-related concerns.- Process customer orders, track shipments, and update customers on the status of their orders, maintaining accurate records in the system.- Handle customer complaints or issues, investigate the root cause, and propose appropriate solutions to meet customer satisfaction.- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and gather feedback to improve overall customer experience.- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.- Stay updated on product knowledge, manufacturing processes,



and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages are required.- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and effectively address customer needs and concerns.- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions for customers while considering manufacturing constraints.- Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer service software, order management systems,



and Microsoft Office Suite.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer demands and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
